Overview of Duties

In this section I go over the oDAO duties (including those that are introduced with Atlas), explain their purpose, and give an overview of how they work at the moment. I also touch on the level of trust these duties introduce for protocol participants. I feel this is important, because trustlessness is a core value of rocket pool. It is not meant to take anything away from our excellent oDAO members, but rather to highlight the risks associated with oDAO nodes being compromised and the exposure the protocol has to government enforcement or court orders.
